Jo specialises in SEND and children’s mental health issues and well-being and has many years experience in this area.
Yoga helps children to build good mental health, confidence and self-esteem, flexibility, and develops their attention span whilst teaching them valuable techniques to help them regulate their emotions, among many other benefits.
Jo teaches in an energetic, playful yet sensitive style and weaves self-esteem and confidence building, emotional intelligence and a sense of community and acceptance throughout her classes.
No previous experience of yoga necessary.
