I’m a UK pocket rocket; a personal trainer, group exercise instructor and yoga teacher. My methods, developed over a decade of teaching and personal training, combine weighted resistance training and cardio with my passions - yoga and nutrition – placing just as much importance on rest and recovery alongside the fitness journey. I believe in creating a lifestyle balance with exercise, yoga and nutritional harmony balancing your entire wellbeing.
I have been on a tremendous health and fitness journey myself struggling with both Bulimia and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. I want to share my knowledge and experience with others so you know you are not alone and I can help to bring some peace and happiness to your life whilst you get stronger (mentally and physically) aswell as enjoying the journey yourself. Whether it is through my classes, 1-2-1 sessions or group events, I know I can bring some fitness magic to your world.
I live in Essex where I love being outdoors, handstanding, reading and I am also learning djing - music is a massive part of my soul and hopefully soon i will be playing my mixes in classes!
