I am a registered mindfulness and yoga teacher on a mission to simplify access to yoga & mindfulness for better mental health. My key concern is making wellbeing practices accessible: linguistically, ideologically, financially, physically and emotionally, for better mental health.
A growing interest in yoga and breathwork for mental health recovery and post-traumatic growth has brought simplicity and openness to my practice, promoting choice, agency and acceptance in every class – qualities I believe benefit everyone, regardless of their background, for a calmer, more peaceful everyday existence. Whether this peace comes from a grounded seated meditation practice, a restorative flow, or a more dynamic vinyasa, all of which you will find in my classes at some point, the path is yours to find, and I feel honoured to guide you in that.
